They neutralize free radicals - unstable molecules that accelerate aging, fuel inflammation, and damage your cells. When left unchecked, free radicals weaken hair follicles and contribute to hair loss. If your hair is thinning, your scalp feels dry, or you're noticing premature aging, understanding antioxidants is no longer optional.
